In Mandarin Pinyin it says (xiang4 jie2 hou4 fei2 pang4)
I translate it as something along the lines of: festival for obesity
This is an advertisement for a product that supposedly helps obese people lose weight quickly. It is a board which one stands on, and it just shakes. I find it funny that sometimes during the short video demonstrating the product, the people would actually get off the product and dance around or jump around while not on the product.
The second picture is one of 3 people demonstrating on TV how to use the product.

I took this picture an Aeon (formerly called Jusco) in a part of Foshan, Guangdong, China on 03 March 2015.
The box says:
Tom and Jerry
Wound Plaster 8 片
创可贴 in Mandarin Pinyin (chuang1 ke3 tie1)
爱伤也漂亮 (ai4 shang4 ye3 piao4 liang5)
创可贴 means wound plaster in British English and band aid in American English.
I translate 爱伤也漂亮 as: love for your injury or injuries and they are pretty.
